• Demo requests — name, work email, hotel name, estimated guest volume, and anything you write in the message field. Provided by you, used to respond to your request.
• Correspondence — emails you send us.
• Technical data — our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver and secure the site. We use error monitoring (Sentry) to detect technical failures; it may process technical device data when an error occurs. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare a demo, and follow up — on the basis of your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Demo request data is kept while the conversation is active and deleted or anonymized within 24 months of last contact. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We do not sell or rent personal information. It is processed by the minimal set of providers that run our infrastructure — listed with regions and safeguards on our Security & Trust page.

We are based in Australia; infrastructure providers may process limited data in other regions under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information. Write to privacy@meetcorn.com — we respond within 30 days.
