What counts as an 'active guest'?
Any guest profile with at least one stay in the last 12 months. Archived profiles don't count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No lock-in.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free (~17% discount). Contact us to switch.
What does the 30-day trial include?
Full Pro plan access — no feature restrictions, no credit card required. Import your Opera file, invite your team, and run your first brief on day one. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or your account pauses with all data intact.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your settings at any time — no notice period, no penalties. If you cancel mid-cycle, your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
Is my guest data safe?
Data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Each hotel's data is fully isolated. All changes are logged with user identity, timestamp, and action. See our Security page for the full overview.
